Pro Developer rights will allow you to use iGloo to create pages for your clients.
Instead of just using it for your own personal pages, you would be licensed to use your iGloo account in order to sell a service for others, basically selling the pages you create.
Purchasing the Pro Features Upgrade will give you Developer Rights: https://www.iglooapp.com/upgrade
Please note that the developer rights license will be delivered to you outside of your account.
