The unconditional 30-day money back guarantee is in full effect. To claim a refund in such a case, send a copy of your full receipt of the product you'd like refunded by submitting a ticket on this website or sending an email to support@sambakker.zendesk.com.
Your refund will be processed within 10 working days as long as you have provided us with a full receipt and received acknowledgment from one of our team members that your request has been received. It is your responsibility to follow up on your request if you have not received a response from one of our team members within 24 hours of sending it.
