If you've purchased a product from us, here is how to find your access to it:
1. Login to your account of the platform you purchased the product from (JVZoo, Thrivecart or other). Navigate to the Your Purchases section of the website, and find the product listed in there. Next to the product name, you should see a link or a button to Access Your Purchase. Click on this to be taken to the product itself, or the product Welcome Page for your next steps.
2. You should also receive an automatic email with access to your product in your email inbox within 30 minutes of purchase. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as sometimes these emails end up in there. Also, remember to check both the inbox of the email you registered for the product with, and the inbox of the email address you specified at checkout.
3. If it's been 30 minutes since your purchase of one of our products, and you haven't received your access via the two ways above, get in touch with us. Send us the URL of the sales page you purchased through, and the email you used at checkout.
If the payment has not been received, you will be asked to re-purchase the product. If your payment was received, our team will resend or reset your access to your purchase.
