If your purchased product or software has stopped working, or isn't performing a specific action, try the following steps to resolve the issue.
1. Clear the cache and cookies of the browser you're using.
2. Change browser - it's best to use Google Chrome in using cloud-based software.
3. Change device - make sure that you're using a desktop/laptop computer since most of the time, software don't work in mobile devices if they're not yet optimized to be used in there. If in any case these steps did not work, please let us know immediately.

In order for us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, make sure that in your ticket, you provide us with the following:
- A description of the issue
- A copy of your purchase receipt
- Screenshots and/or a video of the steps you're taking and the resulting issue you're encountering
