If the bonus delivery page states that a bonus is being delivered inside the Members Area, it means the Vendor has added the bonus/es in a tab or section inside the product you purchased.
If you have successfully gained access to the product purchase but cannot locate the promised bonuses, please contact the Vendor's support desk.
To find the support desk of the Vendor, simply locate your purchase JVZoo receipt, and their support desk will be specified in the receipt.
